The Financial Analyst position is part of the consultancy team of Ataway Bucharest.

Your role will be to guarantee the smooth running of the various processes and guarantee the reliability of the financial data.
 

Responsibilities:

 

• Ensure the invoicing process of our customers
• Collect data
• Issue invoices
• Track delays
• Control customer documentation (PO & Contracts)
• Support Accounting Closing for Hong Kong, USA and Singapore
• Manage our ERP (Everwin SX)
• Update the ERP (documentation, exchange rate, etc.)
• Act as a privileged contact for our finance/accounting service providers
• Send the documents/supporting documents to our accountant
• Participate in commercial and financial reporting
• Participate in cash management

 

Requirements:

You have:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance
• +3 years experience in a similar position
• English proficiency level
• Strong attention to details

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Dynamic, flexible, committed professional
