Job Summary:
We are looking for a
Workday Functional Consultant to join our team in Romania, focusing on delivering functional expertise and process consulting to global clients. In this role, you will guide clients through HR / Finance transformation initiatives, ensuring Workday solutions are fully aligned with business objectives.
This is a client-facing role, where understanding processes and translating them into Workday solutions is key.
Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as the functional expert on Workday HCM, Talent / Financials modules
• Analyze and document client business processes and requirements
• Advise clients on best practices and process optimization
• Configure Workday solutions according to functional requirements
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders, ensuring the system supports business needs
• Lead workshops, requirements sessions, and functional testing (UAT)
• Support change management and end-user adoption activities
Profile:
• Strong experience in Workday functional modules (HCM, Talent, and/or Financials)
• Deep understanding of HR or Finance business processes
• Experience in consulting and client-facing project delivery
• Ability to translate business needs into Workday functionality
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and facilitation skills
• Good level of English
